A delegation of Brazilian doctors and entrepreneurs, organised by the Brazil-China Chamber of Commerce, is currently in China to learn about technologies applied to the fields of healthcare, aesthetics and longevity, and to bringing Brazilian professionals closer to Chinese institutions and companies.

The programme includes visits to companies, research centres and manufacturers specialising in artificial intelligence, biotechnology, precision medicine and medical equipment. During the trip, participants follow a schedule of meetings and technical visits aimed at learning about solutions developed in the country and discussing opportunities for co-operation and new business.

China has been expanding its investment in research and development, consolidating its position as one of the leading innovation hubs in the healthcare sector. The country brings together companies operating in areas such as biotechnology, medical equipment, regenerative medicine and technologies focused on healthy ageing, attracting the interest of professionals and investors from various countries.

According to the organisers, the initiative seeks to expand exchanges between Brazil and China and facilitate access by Brazilian companies and professionals to new technologies. The meetings are expected to contribute to the development of future commercial partnerships and innovation projects.
