Permanent Secretariat of Forum Macao supports the 9th session of Webinars on International Cooperation Against Covid-19 ‘Cooperation Against Covid-19 in the E-commerce and Logistics Sectors’

The ninth session of the series of Webinars on International Cooperation Against Covid-19, titled “Cooperation Against Covid-19 in the E-commerce and Logistics Sectors”, will be held on August 11 at 8pm Beijing time (9am in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil). The session will discuss, among other topics: cross-border e-commerce; airport bonded zones; cooperation in the logistics and freight sector; free trade zones; and port-dredging services. The Permanent Secretariat of Forum Macao is supporting this event and encourages representatives of governments and other institutions from the Portuguese-speaking Countries to take part in it.


The online seminar will be chaired by Ms Zhuang Mengqi, Assistant to General Manager for Marketing at Sinotrans Overseas Development Co., Ltd., and it will feature invited speakers. They include: Ms Isabelle Fournier, Sales Director at Sinotrans Ltd.; Mr Marcos Kneip Navarro, Secretary for Development of the State of Espírito Santo, Brazil; Mr José Maria Vieira de Novaes, CEO of Porto Central in Espírito Santo, Brazil; Mr Cristiano Jardim, Responsible for New Business Development in the Industrial Zone at Minas Gerais Airport in Brazil; Mr Mateus Campagnaro, Manager for Logistics, Marketing and Customer Service at Paranaguá Container Terminal in Brazil; Mr John Tang, CEO and co-founder of Lalamove; Ms Maartje Driessens, General Manager for Marketing and Strategic Partnerships at Porto do Açú in Brazil; and Mr Luo Jun, Director-General of SDC do Brasil – Serviços Marítimos Ltda.


The webinar session will be delivered in videoconference format, with live online streaming to international audiences via YouTube; and live online streaming to Mainland China audiences via Kuaishou. Interested parties can scan a QR code featured on a promotional poster in order to watch live streaming of the session.
