The China International Fair for Trade in Services 2024 (CIFTIS) is being held from 12 to 16 September in the Chinese capital, Beijing, with 85 countries and international organizations taking part. 

According to the participants, Chinese technologies are injecting more “green energy” into the world's sustainable development. They hope to take advantage of this platform to deepen cooperation with China in various areas. 

Paulo Jorge Nascimento, Portugal's ambassador to China, stressed that the importance of CIFTIS, which is impressive due to its enormous size, cannot be underestimated, at the same time, it’s the first time that Portugal had its own stand at the fair. “We know that Portugal and China share common goals in renewable energy in what we call the era of the green economy,” he said.
