The municipal administrator of Viana, Demétrio de Sepúlveda, received, on August 15, in Luanda, a delegation of traders and industrialists from the Chinese province of Jiangsu, headed by the president of the Commercial and Industrial Association of that city, Zhu Jinlin.

The city administrator emphasized that the partnership with Jiangsu aligns with the city's strategic economic diversification objectives. The next step in consolidating this cooperation will be the signing of a memorandum of understanding between Viana and Jiangsu province. This agreement will formalize the partnership and lay the foundation for future joint projects.

The meeting marked the beginning of actions aimed at developing a strategic partnership between the municipality of Viana and the province of Jiangsu, focusing on the productive sector.

Demétrio de Sepúlveda said that he took the opportunity to invite businesspeople to invest in the infrastructure, commerce, and agriculture sectors, thus promoting commercial relations between the two countries.
