The Minister of the Civil House, Rui Costa, presented on October 11th at a seminar organized by the Brazilian Association of Chinese Companies (ABEC) and the Bank of China in Brazil the various possibilities for Chinese investors to participate in the works and projects of the new PAC.

Regarding potential areas, the minister highlighted infrastructure and energy as areas of Chinese expertise but invited partnerships to go further, opening the range to the health and mineral areas, for example. Associated with expanding ports and airports, “the mineral area, focused on battery production, is a priority”.
