The number of Chinese brands in Portugal continues to rise and Farizon joins an ever-growing list of manufacturers from that country represented in Portugal by Salvador Caetano Auto. Specializing in 100% electric commercial vehicles, Farizon makes its debut in Portugal with a single model, the SuperVAN van.
Available in six different versions, the Farizon SuperVAN offers up to 398 km of range, courtesy of batteries whose capacity varies between 49 and 106 kWh. Prices start at 39,592.68 euros, plus VAT and other costs.
Farizon is the leader among Chinese brands of commercial vehicles powered by new energies, with a market share of more than 20% in the domestic market and annual production of more than 300,000 units. Farizon International's General Manager said: “The launch in Portugal reinforces our strategy for the European light commercial vehicle market, where we want to establish ourselves as one of the main players.”
