Itaú Asset Management (IAM), Itaú Unibanco's resource manager, and E Fund Management, the largest manager in China, announced, in a statement released on August 16, a new phase of strategic cooperation aimed at expanding financial collaboration between Brazil and China.

In light of China's capital market's high-level opening, E Fund is quickening its globalization plan. In addition to providing a means for investors in Brazil and the surrounding area to increase their knowledge of and investments in China, our partnership with IAM will enable us to provide our investors with a wider array of superior products and services," Xiaoyan Liu, CEO of E Fund, stated.

Carlos Augusto Salamonde, Head of Global Investment Management at IAM, highlighted that “the partnership with E Fund contributes to our international expansion, expanding the reach of our offers and strategies.”
