The Mozambican prime minister will represent the country at the third International Cooperation Forum under China's Belt and Road Initiative, which kicked off on the 17th of October and runs until the 23rd.
Adriano Maleiane will also participate in the Mozambique China Business Forum, in which businesspeople from both countries will look for investment opportunities in their respective markets.
On the 18th, the deputy minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Manuel Gonçalves will share Mozambique's experience with green development.
“Green development is looking at the climate part. How can we combine economic development while protecting the environment? Mozambique has extensive experience with this, especially in relation to climate change. Our country has been buffeted by natural calamities practically every year and has known how to face these natural calamities”, stated Gonçalves.
