The index of the monthly turnover of all industries in Mozambique was 4.6 percent higher in June than a year earlier, Lusa reports.
The Portuguese news agency quotes the Mozambican National Statistics Institute as saying the index of pay in all industries was 10.6 percent higher in June than a year earlier.
The report says the index of employment in all industries was 1.1 percent lower in June than a year earlier.
The indexes suggest recovery from the economic and financial crisis that struck last year.
The Mozambican central bank forecasts that the annual rate of inflation will slow to about 14 percent this year, Lusa says.
