The Mozambican Football League (LMF) and Chinese company Hunan Yinlang Sports Co., Ltd. recently signed a sponsorship agreement to improve the material conditions of Moçambola and the clubs participating in the 2027 season.

The agreement provides for the supply of footballs, equipment, backpacks and training materials, with an indicative value of US$50,000. The support is intended for the clubs competing in Mozambique’s premier football competition.

The initiative follows a signed memorandum of understanding between the Ministry of Youth and Sports (MJD) and Hunan Yinlang Sports. The document establishes the foundations for co-operation aimed at supporting the country’s sporting development.

According to the Ministry, the partnership is expected to help improve the competition’s conditions, enhance the value of the clubs and strengthen the image of Moçambola. The initiative could also open up new opportunities for mobilising international partners to benefit Mozambican football.
