Handicraft Fair – 11th Cultural Week of China and Portuguese-speaking Countries

The Handicraft Fair of the 11th Cultural Week of China and Portuguese-speaking Countries will be held from October 12 to 18 at Macau Fisherman’s Wharf.


Artisans from China’s Hebei Province and from the Portuguese-speaking Countries and regions – namely Angola; Brazil; Cabo Verde; Guinea-Bissau; Mozambique; Portugal; São Tomé and Principe; Timor-Leste; and India’s Goa, Damão and Diu – were invited to present in Macao their creative works and techniques. Handicrafts on display include: carved eggs, paper cutouts, dolls, engravings, weaving products, wood carvings, and illustrations.


A variety of activities – including booths where visitors can taste snacks or enjoy traditional games from Portuguese-speaking Countries – are also available.
