Omoda and Jaecoo (O&J) confirmed during the Beijing Motor Show that the first Jaecoo models for the Brazilian market will arrive from the last quarter of 2024. The Jaecoo 7 and 8 will be launched between the end of 2024 and the beginning of 2025 respectively.
The Omoda 5, which will be launched in two mild hybrid versions and an all-electric top of the range, will mark the company's entry into the country and is expected to be launched by the end of the third quarter of this year.
The models have larger dimensions compared to the Omoda 5 and both will be available in plug-in hybrid versions.
The Jaecoo 7 is 1.680 mm high, 1.865 mm wide, has a 2.672 mm wheelbase and is 4.500 mm long, while the Jaecoo 8 will be 1.699 mm high, 1.930 mm wide, has a 2.820 mm wheelbase and is 4.820 mm long.
