The construction works of the new University Campus of Missão do Dondi, in the municipality of Catchiungo, Huambo, belonging to the Evangelical Congregational Church in Angola (IECA), will be visited on January 13th by the president of the country, João Lourenço, when he will be aware of the level of physical execution of the infrastructure.

The first phase of the project, which is being carried out by the company China Railway 20 Group International Angola, is valued at more than five billion kwanzas, around 11 million euros, and is being built on an area of 344 hectares.

The University Campus, with a capacity of 40 classrooms, will include five laboratories, libraries, cafeterias and a boarding school for 1,500 students. Upon completion, courses will be taught in the areas of Education, Agricultural Sciences, Theology, Law, Forestry, Architecture, Medical Sciences and Agro-Livestock Engineering.
