Angola’s infrastructure development scheme is one of the major beneficiaries in Africa of credit offered by Mainland financial institutions according to Angolan Finance Minister Archer Mangueira.
The Angop news agency quoted Mr Mangueira at the opening of the first Bank of China branch in Angola.
The Bank of China has loaned US$381 million for three Angolan projects, he said.
