Brazilian consumer loyalty programme Zimp has established a partnership with Chinese social media network Weibo to develop e-commerce in both markets, the Macauhub website reports.
The deal should see Brazilian brands target Mainland consumers and give Weibo access to a new market.
Zimp allows members to accumulate points from purchases made online.
Zimp chief executive Julia Canalini was quoted saying Weibo saw the company as an ideal partner to develop the customer loyalty market.
