China exports to Portuguese-speaking Countries up 16.5 pct in Jan-Feb 2015

Exports from China to Portuguese-speaking Countries increased by 16.45 percent in the first two months of 2015 from a year earlier, according to data from China Customs.


China sold goods to Portuguese-speaking Countries worth US$7.94 billion in the January-February period. The value of China’s imports from those countries reached US$7.09 billion in the same period, down by 44.90 percent.


Trade between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries dropped to US$15.03 billion in the first two months of 2015, a decrease of 23.64 percent from a year earlier, according to data from China Customs.


Total February trade between the two sides dropped to US$6.89 billion, a decrease of 15.44 percent in month-on-month terms.
