On March 22, the President of the Republic of Guinea-Bissau, Umaro Sissoco Embaló, decorated the 13th Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to Guinea-Bissau, Guoce.
Guo Ce was awarded the National Order of Merit, Cooperation and Development Medal, and was considered to have performed exemplary duties, hence Guinea-Bissau's just recognition.
He said that he had received the firm and constant support of the Head of State, the government and the Guinean people since the beginning of his mission, and for this he expressed his deep gratitude.
According to Ce, over the three years of his mission in the country, he has witnessed the deepening of relations between the two countries, in the field of collaboration and also the correspondence of concepts of global governance between them. "I have seen with my own eyes that under the leadership of the President of the Republic, General Umaro Sissoco Embaló, Guinea-Bissau has achieved social stability, economic growth and greater influence in the international community," he said.
