GWM, one of the Chinese manufacturers that gained prominence in the Brazilian automotive industry in 2023, reinforced its commitment to advancing the sector in a meeting with entities in the segment.

The representative of the Chinese brand received representatives from Anfavea (National Association of Motor Vehicle Manufacturers) and AEA (Brazilian Association of Automotive Engineering) in São Paulo to discuss plans.

GWM, through its CEO in the Americas and president of GWM Brazil, James Yang, reaffirmed that it still has a lot to contribute to the Brazilian industry.

Since the beginning of its operations in Brazil, Great Wall Motors has had a well-defined plan to invest in the electric vehicle segment. In this way, the Chinese manufacturer is part of the current and recent “electrical revolution” in the country, which in 2023 had a historic year.
