On September 15, the University of International Economics and Business (UIBE) in China held a ceremony to launch the "2022 Portuguese-speaking Countries Development Report", also known as the "Blue Book of Portuguese Speaking Countries".

This is the seventh annual academic report on the economic and social development of Portuguese-speaking countries, compiled by the China Portuguese-Speaking Countries Research Center of the Regional Research Institute of the University of International Economics and Business of China and published by the Social Sciences Academic Press. The report presents a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the economic and social situation of Portuguese-speaking countries in 2022, as well as the situation of cooperation between China and these countries.

The vice-rector of the university, Wang Qiang, expressed that this report is specialized work on the economic and social development of Portuguese-speaking countries in China and fills a gap in the systematic research on these countries in the country.
