BYD and E-Wolf, which operates in the segment of chargers for hybrid and electric cars, announced a partnership that will strengthen the after-sales service for customers of the Chinese car brand and will expand the offer of portable chargers, Wallbox, fast chargers and specialized services in the installation of charging points throughout the Brazilian territory.

BYD’s Director of Sales and Marketing, Henrique Antunes, comments, “The partnership with E-Wolf is fundamental for our clients to have professional support in the installation of the chargers that come with our vehicles. This shows our company’s commitment to customer satisfaction.”

BYD’s After-Sales Manager, Wagner Carrieri, emphasized that the agreement will bring more accessibility to users. “The partnership with E-Wolf will provide more security and tranquility for our dealership network and customers, both in product warranty and technical service, raising the levels of satisfaction with after-sales.”
