The Office of the Commissioner of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China in the Macau Special Administrative Region (SAR) and the Macao SAR government jointly held a ceremony to present to television stations in Portuguese-speaking countries (PLP) the documentary "Construction Extraordinary" (2nd season). Also, present at the event were the Consuls General of Angola, Portugal and Mozambique in the Macao SAR, and representatives of PLP television stations such as Brazil, Cape Verde, Mozambique and Portugal.

Ao Ieong U, Secretary for Social Affairs and Culture of the Macao SAR government highlighted that the commissioner's office has been presenting excellent Chinese documentaries in Portuguese to Portuguese-speaking countries for three consecutive years, which reflects Macau's important role as a bridge in opening the country. The documentary offered this time is believed to deepen understanding of China in the PLPs further and promote people-to-people ties.

Representatives from PLP television stations thanked the Commissioner's Office for offering the documentary, saying that in the three years since the event, the concept of Chinese-style modernization achievements and traditional Chinese culture have been widely publicized. PLP Media will continue to play its bridge role to promote Sino-Lusophone friendly cooperation and joint development.
