The volume of Angolan exports of crude oil to China fell to 3.91 million tonnes last month, 17.1 percent less than a year earlier, making Angola the third-biggest supplier of oil to China last month, behind Russia and Saudi Arabia, Reuters reports.

The news agency, citing Chinese General Administration of Customs data, says

China imported 34.74 million tonnes of crude last month, about 12 percent more than a year earlier.

In the first seven months of this year China imported 247 million tonnes of oil, 13.6 more than in the equivalent period last year, Russia being its main supplier and Angola being its second-biggest supplier, Reuters says.
