Angola’s ambassador the Mainalnd, João Garcia Bires, gave a talk recently at Tsinghua University in Beijing, Jornal de Angola reports.

The ambassador was a guest at the Tsinghua Ambassador Talks Series, a seminar that offers students international perspectives, and discusses international relationships, the Angolan newspaper says.

The report quotes a statement from the Angolan Embassy in China saying that, during the talk, Mr Bires highlighted the role of Angola’s youth in the country’s independence process.
