Entrepreneurs and representatives of Macao’s youth groups are touring start-up centres in Portugal this week, says the Government’s Macao Economic Services department.

Their fact-finding mission hopes to learn from Portugal’s “successful experiences” and create a “Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurism Centre of China and Portuguese-speaking Countries” in Macao, the bureau says.

The 22-member delegation ends their five-day tour on Friday. The tour also includes a meeting with Chinese Ambassador to Portugal Cai Run.
