On the afternoon of 3 June, accompanied by the Director of Macao's Personal Data Protection Bureau, Yang Chong Wai, the President of São Tomé and Príncipe's National Agency for Personal Data Protection, José Manuel Macumbo Costa Alegre, and the President of Cape Verde's National Data Protection Commission, Faustino Varela Monteiro, paid a courtesy visit to the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao). During the meeting, the parties exchanged views on work in the area of personal data protection and future opportunities for co-operation.
