On November 10, Secretary-General of the Permanent Secretariat of Forum Macao, Ji Xianzheng, met with the delegation led by Director of the Zhuhai Foreign Affairs Bureau, Tong Man. The two sides exchanged views on leveraging Macao’s role as the China-Portuguese-speaking Countries platform for co-operation to further strengthen exchanges and co-operation between Zhuhai and Portuguese-speaking Countries in the fields of science and technology innovation, big health industry, information technology, etc., and to promote economic and trade co-operation between the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and Portuguese-speaking Countries.

The delegation attended the Retrospective of the Establishment of Forum Macao – 20th anniversary.

Also present at the meeting were Deputy Secretary-General of the Permanent Secretariat, Xie Ying, Deputy Director of the Zhuhai Foreign Affairs Bureau, Zhang Ting, and Advisor of the Executive Office of the Permanent Secretariat, Li Jiabei, among others.
