Ms Echo Chan Keng Hong – an Advisor to the Office of the Secretary for Economy and Finance of the Macao SAR Government – has been named Deputy Secretary-General of the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao), also known as Forum Macao.

Ms Chan is fluent in Portuguese. Her past experience includes positions as: Executive Director at the Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM); President of the Guangdong-Macao Traditional Chinese Medicine Technology Industrial Park Development Co. Ltd.; and Deputy Secretary-General of Forum Macao, as well as Coordinator of Forum Macao’s Support Office.
