On September 26, representatives of the Permanent Secretariat of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries (Macao) took part in the Dialogue to Promote Bilateral Investment and Trade Co-operation between Qingdao and Portuguese-speaking Countries.

During the event, the Permanent Secretariat and the Qingdao Municipality signed a “Memorandum of Understanding for the Establishment of Economic Co-operation Partnerships”.
