The Castelo Branco Polytechnic Institute (IPCB) has just signed a cooperation agreement with Henan University of Science and Technology, Luoyang, China. The agreement provides for exchanges of students, teachers and non-teaching staff in the areas of the courses taught at IPCB's Dr. Lopes Dias Higher Schools of Technology and Health.

Coordinated by the vice-president of IPCB, Ana Vaz Ferreira, the protocol also aims to develop general forms of cooperation, such as academic visits, lectures, research and participation in joint international conferences.

Ana Vaz Ferreira said that the signing of the cooperation protocol represents a strategic step in strengthening academic and cultural relations between the two countries. This partnership will be a innovative driving force and a unique opportunity to prepare future generations for a global context, reinforcing the IPCB's role on the international stage.
