On October 21, a ceremony was held to sign a friendly cooperation agreement between the cities of Tupã, São Paulo, and Linyi, Shandong Province, China, marking an important step towards strengthening commercial and cultural relations between the two cities.
The councillor, Eduardo Shigueru, who represented the city of Tupã at the event, stressed the potential of the partnership. He said that this cooperation symbolizes a promising future for the growth of trade between Tupã and Linyi, with a focus on the export of agricultural products, such as Brazilian peanuts, and the introduction of Chinese products to the Brazilian market. In addition, the agreement also includes the holding of a Linyi exhibition in São Paulo, focusing on the whole region of South America.
The ceremony reinforced the commitment of the cities of Tupã and Linyi to promote joint development, expanding commercial and cultural exchanges between Brazil and China.
