A delegation from China made up of representatives from Chinese educational institutions and the automotive sector was in Brazil to strengthen ties between the two countries and implement technical cooperation projects in education and innovation. The Sorocaba Technological Park (PTS) was one of the sites visited.

The visit to Sorocaba aims to get to know the PTS ecosystem and explore exchange opportunities and partnerships with universities in the Beijing region, China. The delegation sought to strengthen the education and training of vocational labor in Brazil, aiming at the increasing expansion of Chinese factories in the country, especially concerning the electric vehicle market.

The delegation brought valuable insights into educational practices in China and how they can be integrated into the Brazilian context.
