This January, the Paraná brand, Levo Alimentos, underwent an important inspection to be authorized to export its products to China. The audit was carried out via video, where production processes were verified as well as operational and documentary monitoring procedures. The result should be released in approximately 30 days.

Currently, around 7,500 tons of products are produced per month. With China's authorization to purchase cuts from Levo Alimentos, the expectation is to increase approximately 15% in slaughter volume.

“This is one of the most sought-after markets for the sale of chicken meat, and the qualification will allow an increase in the unit's slaughter volume, generating more jobs and income for the region," explains the operations manager.

Levo Alimentos already exports to South Africa, Angola, Argentina, Canada, Chile, South Korea, Cuba, Hong Kong and Uruguay.
