On the 13th of June, the Minister of Mines and Energy of Brazil, Alexandre Silveira, received the Counselor of Huawei Brazil and directors of the company in Brazil. During the meeting, Huawei representatives made a presentation about the company and its interest in investments in Brazil, especially in the areas of energy, mining, oil, gas and energy transition.

“I would like to make an acknowledgement for the expertise of Huawei, a company with protagonism in the technology sector. We have great expectations that they will be partners of the Ministry of Mines and Energy and I put our entire team at their disposal for an integration that will generate fruits and partnerships for the development of both countries,” said Alexandre Silveira.

Alexandre Silveira also said he intends to visit Huawei’s facilities in São Paulo and China, strengthening the ties between the two countries and boosting joint development in these strategic areas.
