Great Wall Motors (GWM) Brasil is presenting the first Brazilian tour of the Shanghai Chinese Orchestra, reinforcing its commitment to cultural exchange and strengthening relations between Brazil and China. As part of the official programme of the “China–Brazil Cultural Year 2026”, the performance “Colours of China” will be presented in six Brazilian state capitals between 30 July and 11 August.

The initiative reflects GWM’s strategy of strengthening ties between the two countries, not only through innovation and sustainable mobility, but also by supporting projects that treasure culture, diversity and the sharingof experiences.

Thiago Sugahara, GWM Brasil’s Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and Stakeholder Relations Manager, said that the company is proud to support initiatives that bring cultures closer together and create meaningful connections with society. He highlighted that welcoming the Shanghai Chinese Orchestra to Brazil, at a symbolic moment in relations between the two countries, reinforces the company’s commitment to supporting exchanges that inspire, promote diversity and generate positive impact through culture.
