Ribeirão Pires strengthens dialog on technological advances with Chinese representatives

Ribeirão Pires, a Brazilian city, has taken the first step towards strengthening relations with China and stimulating economic development. On December 3, the city received a visit from the secretary general of the Chinese Federation in Brazil, Youyang Jiang (Jean), and also from the founder of the Association of Young Chinese in Brazil, André Ye.


During the meeting, the topics such as technological advances in health, education and new companies in the field were discussed. During their visit to the city, the Chinese group visited the Municipal Palace, the Ricardo Nardelli Historical and Literary Center and the Ribeirão Pires Oriental Park.


The Ribeirão Pires' Secretary for Economic Development, Employment and Income, Leamdro João, said that, with Jean and André's experience, Ribeirão Pires will seek to strengthen increasingly its partnership with the Chinese community, and often try to bring cultural exchange and advances in technology to Ribeirão Pires.
