Representatives from TCP, the company that manages the Paranaguá Container Terminal, and the Shenzen Port Complex attend the “Shenzen Port and China Logistics Seminar", an initiative that aims to strengthen commercial ties between the state's productive sector and the Asian giant.
The Port of Shenzen is the 4th largest in the world and, in 2023, handled 29.88 million TEUs, of which around 150 thousand were from operations with Brazilian ports. “The Port of Shenzen seeks to strengthen its commercial relations with Brazil, and we see great potential for cooperation," said the representative of the city of Shenzen.
The CEO of TCP highlighted that “Brazil and China are two emerging powers with strong global influence and broad prospects for cooperation. Chinese companies are increasingly investing in large infrastructure in Brazil and we are delighted to be part of this.”
