Huawei intends to return to the Brazilian smartphone market and sell mid-range or high-end models. The Radar Económico column revealed the information.
However, as Google services cannot be integrated with Huawei smartphones, this could be the Chinese company's main challenge in Brazil. In search of solutions, Huawei has invested heavily in the development of proprietary chips, with some easy shortcuts for users to install all Google applications.
Currently, the company sells headphones, smart watches and other accessories on the national market.
Huawei has also invested in implementing the 5.5G network in Brazil. This technology should increase download and upload speeds, as well as provide a more stable connection for the Internet of Things (IoT). Furthermore, 5.5G can also be used to transform telemedicine and even accelerate the development of smart cities, something that can help Brazil modernize.
