The Minister of Telecommunications, Information Technologies and Social Communication of Angola, Mário Augusto da Silva Oliveira, paid a visit to China with the aim of strengthening the partnership with China to improve communication services in his country.
During the Mobile World Congress - MWC24, the minister visited Huawei equipment factories, the innovation center and the Huawei technology exhibition center.
According to the Angolan embassy in China, the aim of the visit was to learn about the production line of Huawei equipment and devices, taking into account the projects underway in Angola for digital acceleration, namely the National Broadband Network Project. The project will improve Internet access, calls, sending messages and videos and audiovisual programs with lower latency.
