Preparations to celebrate 50 years of diplomatic relations between Brazil and China are in full swing. The Chinese Embassy in Brazil released the logo to celebrate half a century of Sino-Brazilian diplomacy.
In a post on X, the Chinese Embassy explained that the logo was designed jointly by Brazil and China, uses the number 50 and combines the colors of the national flags of the two countries.
“The two countries have always respected each other, treated each other on an equal footing and cooperated towards win-win results. The numbers “5” and “0” mix and intersect to form the infinity symbol, representing that, although China and Brazil are thousands of kilometers apart, they are closely linked and that the friendship between the two countries has a long history, full of vitality and broad perspectives," informs the post.
In this half-century, the embassies of Brazil in Beijing and China in Brasília were opened. Brazil has Consulates General in Shanghai, Guangdong (Guangdong) and Hong Kong. China has Consulates General in Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo and Recife.
