After the delivery last year of three documentaries on Chinese culture, the Commissariat of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MNE) of the People's Republic of China in the Macao SAR once again offered Portuguese-speaking countries an audiovisual production on Chinese architectural art.
The Commissioner of the MNE in Macau, Liu Xianfa, offered on November 28th to television stations in Portuguese-speaking countries another documentary, entitled “Extraordinary Construction” (1st series), in the hope of making better use of Macau's function as a Sino-Lusophone Platform and adding new opportunities to cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking countries.
The documentary was produced by China Media Group and China State Construction Engineering Corporation, comprising six episodes. The documentary selection aimed to share with viewers in Portuguese-speaking countries the process and experience of building 40 new Chinese landmark projects, including the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, which was opened in 2018, and the Shenzhen-Zhongshan, entering service in June next year.
