China was the second-biggest source of the tourists that visited Angola in 2015, Lusa reports.
The Portuguese news agency, citing Angolan official statistics on tourism that year, says 76,000 Chinese visited, while 82,600 Portuguese visited.
The report says about 592,000 foreigners visited Angola in 2015, 0.2 percent fewer than the year before, the number falling mainly because fewer Europeans visited.
The combined revenue of the Angolan tourism and hospitality industries grew by over one-quarter to 196.3 billion kwanza (US$1.2 billion) in 2015, Lusa says.
