The vast experience of Chinese companies in the production of various foods, which use chicken as raw material, should be used by Angola to encourage investment in the sector, given the challenges of economic diversification, revealed the Minister of Agriculture and Forestry, António Francisco de Assis, in Beijing, China.
The Angolan minister, who was speaking as part of an assessment of the meeting with a Chinese company, held recently at the Angolan Embassy in the Asian country, highlighted the high interest shown by Chinese companies and entrepreneurs in developing food activities in the country.
During the stay in China, the minister also explained that the ministerial delegation took advantage of the participation in the III edition of the China – Africa Economic and Trade Exhibition to make contacts with potential investors, with visits to the Chinese chicken production chain arousing greater interest.
