Two new workshops organised by the Training Centre of the Forum for Economic and Trade Co-operation between China and Portuguese-speaking Countries, also known as Forum Macao, started on May 22. The courses are organised in partnership with the City University of Macau. They are: the “Workshop on Capacity Production Cooperation for Portuguese-speaking Countries”; and the “Workshop on Finance Cooperation for Portuguese-speaking Countries”.
A total of 40 participants from Portuguese-speaking Countries are attending the courses. These include participants from São Tomé and Principe – the first time the country is joining workshops from the Training Centre of Forum Macao.
Each course in divided into two parts. During the first part, participants will join a field trip to Jiangsu province in Mainland China and participate in business-matching sessions, business exchanges and other activities.
The second part of the workshops will take place in Macao, where participants will complete the academic part of their respective course, and also attend the 8th International Infrastructure Investment and Construction Forum.
