On November 27, a delegation from the National University of Timor-Leste (UNTL) visited the Portuguese Institute of Orient (IPOR) to learn more about the experience of the institute, based in the Macao Special Administrative Region, in certifying knowledge of Portuguese.

According to the rector of UNTL, João Soares Martins, the university wants to obtain IPOR's support to start certifying Portuguese language proficiency at the Portuguese Language Center of UNTL.

João Soares Martin also said that they are expected that IPOR can share their experience and work together to improve ability of UNTL's Portuguese Language Center, aimed to have the ability to certify proficiency in Portuguese.
