Chinese company Wuxi Boton will invest R$ 22 million in Minas Gerais

On November 8, the Wuxi Boton, a leading Chinese multinational company in belt conveyor solutions, announced an investment of R$22 million to start operations in Minas Gerais, Brazil. The company Boton will install a unit in Minas Gerais to supply conveyor belts for various activities.


The project, supported by the State Secretariat for Economic Development (Sede-MG) and the Invest Minas, will create around 80 direct jobs by 2027 and boost sustainability in the local mining sector.


João Paulo Braga, the president of Invest Minas, said that the project consolidates the Minas Gerais as a hub of innovation and sustainability, directly benefiting the people of Minas Gerais.
