The business association Nersant received at its headquarters in Torres Novas, a delegation of Chinese businesspeople interested in investing in Ribatejo who are in Portugal looking for investment opportunities in the region.

The president of the board, António Pedroso Leal, highlighted the competitive advantages that Ribatejo offers as an investment destination: the strategic location, the robust logistics infrastructure, combined with a rich cultural heritage and quality of life.

“I am optimistic about the potential this collaboration can bring to both parties. There are good prospects for Chinese investment in our region”, concluded the official, who highlighted the commitment to supporting the installation of foreign companies and offering a variety of services, including incubation spaces to facilitate the start-up and sustainable growth of businesses.
