Macao-based dealer and supermarket operator Vang Kei Hong Trading Co. Ltd means to sell more Portuguese wine online in Mainland China, the Macao Daily News reports.

The newspaper quotes Vang Kei Hong Trading chairman Ip Sio Man as saying his company intended to expand its Mainland Chinese market for Portuguese wine beyond Pearl River Delta cities like Zhuhai, Jiangmen, Xinhui, Zhongshan to eastern China.

He said he was optimistic about demand for Portuguese wine in Mainland China due to growing promotion.

Mr Sio was speaking after his company introduced a special kind of wine made by Real Companhia Velha of Portugal to mark 25 years since the Portuguese winemaker and Vang Kei Hong Trading began doing business, the Macao Daily News says.
