Representatives of the Institute for Tourism Studies (IFT) in Macao and the University of Évora in Portugal have signed an agreement on co-operation between their institutions, IFT has announced.

IFT issued a written statement saying: “Through this co-operation, IFT hopes to promote faculty and student exchanges, intern placement, joint research and other forms of institutional collaboration in postgraduate studies.”

The agreement will give opportunities for IFT graduates in heritage management to further their studies at the Portuguese university.

IFT says it has close links with 101 other entities in 30 different parts of the world.
