Dongfang Electric Corporation, State-owned enterprise, will install seven hybrid power stations in Angola this year in a €225-million deal (US$245.6 million), Lusa reports.

The Portuguese news agency says the power stations will generate electricity from diesel fuel and solar energy.

The contract includes the operation and maintenance of three diesel-powered plants and the construction of power transmission lines.
