Cape Verde-China Friendship Association President José Correia has said partnerships formed by Cape Verdean and Mainland companies play a crucial role in Sino-Cape Verdean relations, Inforpress reports.

The Cape Verdean news agency says Mr Correia was satisfied with the Year of Friendship and Exchange between Cape Verde and China, which his association promoted last year.

Last year was the 40th since the Mainland and Cape Verde established diplomatic relations and the fifth since the foundation of Mr Correia’s association.

Mr Correia’s group facilitates business exchanges between Cape Verde and China, Inforpress reports.
